1. Information we collect

• Account data: your email address and sign-in records.
• Your content: the questions, files, links, and instructions you submit, and the councils and conversations you create.
• Usage data: basic operational data such as token usage and timestamps used to run the Service and for future billing.

2. How we use it

We use your information to provide the Service — including generating council responses, maintaining your councils’ memory, semantic search, and usage tracking — and to secure and improve it.

3. Third-party AI & infrastructure providers

To generate responses, we transmit your content to third-party AI model providers (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek, Moonshot, Cerebras) and use infrastructure and email providers (e.g. Render, Resend, Apify). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms; we share only what is needed to operate the Service.

4. Storage & security

Your data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure. We use sign-in tokens, access controls, and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

5. Data retention & your choices

You can delete sessions and uploaded files at any time, and edit what each council remembers about you. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

6. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

7. Changes

We may update this Policy; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
