Terms of Service

Last updated June 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of mycouncil (the “Service”), operated by WorkHub Platform Inc. (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

mycouncil lets you convene panels of AI advisors to help you think through decisions. Outputs are generated by third-party AI models and are provided for informational purposes only. They are not professional, legal, financial, medical, or other regulated advice, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for a qualified professional. You are responsible for decisions you make.

2. Your account

You must provide a valid email and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the questions, files, links, and instructions you submit (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you, including transmitting it to third-party AI and infrastructure providers to generate responses. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share, or content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach security or rate limits, no reverse engineering, and no use that violates the terms of the underlying model providers.

5. Availability & changes

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

6. Disclaimers & liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on Service outputs. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
